Annmarie Fairweather serves as Chief People officer of Learning Ally. She is accountable for leading all People, Cultural and initiative related to talent. Annmarie has 30 years experience working as a Human Resources leader. She worked across industries and with teams of leaders to achieve objectives for business, particularly in the midst of dramatic changes and expansion. She's been an expert in the field of thought, helping implement business and people-related strategies into enterprise-wide goals and strategic plans by utilizing organizational and performance management, employee engagement, and managing change. She is a lover of learning, and believes that leadership and team-building as the greatest advantage. Experience working in Fortune 500, small companies and mid-sized enterprises has allowed her create environments of learning and innovation that benefit teams and individuals. Annmarie was driven to volunteer her skills and resources to further aid in the mission of Learning Ally. When she is not working, she also provides support to several non-profit organisations. Annmarie is part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a committee that aims to helping women become leaders. She also provides training to the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America. This professional association has a mission of providing the opportunity for networking and advocacy to hospitals that provide hospitality services.
